​She is a Certified Executive Professional Coach through UT Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is a member of Applied Association of Sports Psychology (AASP) and a member of the Special Interest Group with AASP: Exercise Psychology and Wellness.
In her free time, she continues to compete in triathlons, spartan races, trail running, and running races. She also enjoys writing inspirational material and producing products for athletes.
